Charles McLoughlin has been in the Investment industry since 1991. He earned MBA and BA degrees from The University or New Orleans. Charles has been providing investment guidance since 1997. Before then, he worked as an investment analyst for a large New Orleans bank. Since 1999, Charles has been offering 403(b) plan services to educators. He enjoys helping those employees transition into retirement. He started McLoughlin Financial, LLC in 2005 and in 2020 welcomed his daughter, Charlotte, into the practice. Charles enjoys helping clients plan for and pursue their financial goals.  In his free time, Charles enjoys reading about history, playing guitar and volunteering at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church with his wife, Lisa. Charles and Lisa reside in Covington, Louisiana. 

Charlotte McLoughlin Guinot is a financial advisor with a passion for helping individuals and families prepare for retirement with clarity and confidence. She holds the Series 6, Series 63, Series 65, and Series 7 licenses, as well as her Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Insurance License. She is also a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®).

Before joining McLoughlin Financial, Charlotte built a successful career in sports television. She brings that same energy and attention to detail to her work in financial planning, focusing on retirement strategies, Social Security, Medicare, and benefit systems that impact the clients she serves. She has completed the CFP® education program and continues to pursue advanced learning to better support her clients by sitting for the CFP exam in Fall of 2026.

Charlotte is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi and serves on the Board of Directors as the Alumni Association HUB Leader for the Northshore area. She is active in her community through the Fore!Kids Foundation and St. Peter Catholic Church. Charlotte and her husband, Guy Jr., live in Covington, Louisiana, with their two daughters.

Lisa Ayo McLoughlin has over 40 years’ experience as an administrative assistant in the hospitality, medical, legal and utilities industries. She is excited about joining Charles and Charlotte, assisting them with their administrative needs, and making McLoughlin Financial a true family business. In her free time, Lisa enjoys singing with the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church Choir, gardening, and running after her two toddler granddaughters.
